T3 Innovation Lab
T3 has long been a leader in developing solutions for creating more effective workplaces and innovative corporate real estate decision making tools for executives. In 2011 we created the T3 Innovation Lab. We hire talented students to work on projects and challenges identified by our clients and sector leaders.
Recent Projects Include:
- tHarmony- A unique location analytics tool helping companies make more effective location decisions.
- National Incentives Database- Creating a unique national database of state and federal economic incentives available to corporations.
- International Real Estate Guide- Created an overview of international corporate real estate decision making and trends.

Bingcan “Michael” Chen- Masters in Marketing Analytics, Bentley University. Michael is an expert in all things analytics. His expertise includes the use of surveying techniques and analyzing survey data for effective decision making.
Federico Lozano- Master of Finance Candidate from MIT’s Sloan School of Business. Prior to Sloan Federico spent four years at McKinsey were he participated in real estate projects developing acquisition and market expansion strategies as well as developing internal knowledge documents on the sector. Last summer Federico worked at a Mexican private equity fund developing his international expertise within the sector.
Colleen O’Donnell- Honors economics major at Colby College. Colleen was President of the National Honor Society at Winchester High, and is now an honors student with a concentration in economics. Her focus includes financial markets, statistics and financial accounting.
