In August 2001 an extraordinary real estate firm was born. A group of experienced real estate professionals asked clients how they viewed their own corporate real estate issues and how the commercial real estate industry could better help them resolve problems. The answers were stunningly similar and simple: corporate executives wanted a real estate firm that was conflict free; one that did not represent both landlords and tenants. Additionally, they required a long-term business partner, not just a deal executor, and were looking for much more than just brokerage services. They wanted a firm that would execute effectively, help drive profitability through the long-term, and be there through all business cycles.
T3 Advisors began, and since then, we have built a firm that aligns with our clients’ ideals.
Today with offices on both coasts, T3 has over 150 clients, ranging from large publicly traded corporations to small start ups.
