BUSINESS QUESTION

Rapidly expanding, LogMeIn needed to analyze short and long term real estate options that supported its financial and workplace objectives.

APPLIED BUSINESS APPROACH

Following a comprehensive review and interview of real estate service providers, LogMeIn selected T3 as its exclusive real estate advisor. LogMeIn was attracted to T3’s unique conflict free approach as well as long standing reputation in the technology community.

LogMeIn had been in its current offices for several years and needed not only expansion space but a new visitor entrance/sense of “arrival” as well as company meeting space.

T3 led the process of interviewing several leading architectural firms with the LogMeIn team. Following several “visioning” sessions with the architects and LogMeIn executives, T3 managed a comprehensive review of market options.

In the end, T3 recommended that the client extend the lease with their existing landlord and expand in the building. T3 negotiated an aggressive short term deal with the landlord. Working with the architectural and construction team, T3 was able to provide the client with the new and expanded workspace it needed, while avoiding the disruption of a relocation.
