T3 Advisors served as panelist on the NAIOP

T3 Vice President & National Cleantech Sector Leader David Bergeron was a panelist on the NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) panel discussion “Making the Case for Green, Dollars and Sense”.  Bergeron passionately articulated that one of the biggest hurdles preventing sweeping sustainability implementation and policy reform is a lack of information.  Too often corporate leaders believe “going green” or implementing sustainable improvements and practices in a building is not economical.  The fact of the matter is the technology continues to improve and become cheaper, incentives at the state and federal level are available and having an effective, well thought out corporate sustainability strategy is something that customers, employees and investors are demanding.
