Boston, MA (February 4, 2002) T3 Advisors, the real estate firm for technology companies, is pleased to announce that Ember Corporation has subleased 8,897 square feet at 313 Congress Street, Boston, Massachusetts for its new headquarters. Greg Hoffmeister, Managing Director at T3, advised Ember on the lease transaction. Tim Lyne of Insignia/ESG represented the sublandlord, SMMA.
Founded out of the MIT Media Lab by Dr. Robert Poor and Andy Wheeler, Ember is a venture-funded technology startup creating low-cost, wireless networks for embedded processors, sensors and controls.
