Lincoln, MA (May 31, 2002) T3 Advisors, a real estate firm for technology companies, is pleased to announce that Kubisoft, Inc. has signed a sublease for 4,021 square feet of office space at 55 Old Bedford Road, Lincoln, Massachusetts for its new headquarters. Greg Hoffmeister, Managing Director of T3 Advisors, advised Kubisoft on the sublease transaction, and Bob McGuire, Vice President of CB Richard Ellis, represented the sublandlord, PreVision Marketing.
Kubisoft Inc. is a pioneer in the development of the next generation of collaborative software. The company, which in its initial stages operated from offices in Concord, Mass., plans to occupy its new space in Lincoln as of July 1.
