Southborough, MA (June, 2002) T3 Advisors, a real estate firm for technology companies, is pleased to announce that ACMI Corporation has signed a long term lease for 53,000 square feet of office and research and development space at 136 Turnpike Road, Southborough, Massachusetts for its new headquarters. This transaction represents one of the largest leases in the metro west area in 2002. Roy Hirshland, President & C.E.O. of T3, advised ACMI on the lease transaction. Bob McGuire, Vice President of CB Richard Ellis, represented the owners 136 Turnpike Road LLC.

ACMI was previously located in Framingham, Massachusetts. The company was able to take advantage of the current real estate market to structure a creative and aggressive long term lease. Our decision was one of the best we have made as they negotiated an incredible lease for our new 53,000 square foot headquarters in Southborough Massachusetts", said Barrett. The new facility will house ACMI's corporate headquarters as well as clean rooms for research and development and customer training areas.
