Waltham, MA (October 30, 2002) T3 Advisors (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and commercial brokerage firm for technology and venture capital firms, today announced that CEO Roy Hirshland was named to the Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list for 2002.
Since, 1998, the 40 Under 40 list annually recognizes the best and brightest business and civic leaders under the age of 40.
Mr. Hirshland’s determination to develop a real estate firm devoted to the technology and venture capital niche, especially when technology companies were experiencing a significant downturn, was the cause for his selection. After founding T3 Advisors in 2001 with partners Mark Cote and Greg Hoffmeister, Mr. Hirshland and his firm have amassed a list of over sixty clients including some of the areas leading, emerging technology companies, venture capital firms and large publicly traded technology companies. In addition, in 2002 T3 Advisors has successfully advised clients on deals not only in New England but also in New York City, Washington D.C, San Francisco, as well as Europe and Asia.
Before founding T3 Advisors, Mr. Hirshland formed a technology-leasing group at Meredith & Grew Inc. and has advised technology-focused companies from the inception of his real estate career in 1988. He has completed over six million square feet of client projects and leases throughout the US and overseas in Australia, Belgium and the UK. Last year, Mass High Tech named Mr. Hirshland one of the “10 business leaders to watch in 2001”.
