Waltham, MA (November 21, 2002) T3 Advisors, the real estate firm for technology companies, is pleased to announce that SCS Financial LLC (www.scsfinancial.com), has signed a lease for 10,000 square feet of office space at 610 Lincoln Street, Waltham, Mass., for its new headquarters.
SCS Financial was founded in August of 2002 by David Ogens and Peter Mattoon both veterans of the financial services industry. Previously Ogens ran Goldman Sach’s worldwide technology investment banking group. Peter Mattoon was COO of the mutual funds group at Scudder Stevens and Clark. SCS is a private wealth and family office services firm focused on ultra- high net worth families.
