Diligent, which leased over 14,000 square feet of space, intends to use the facility as its base for operations, sales, services, finance and management functions as well as for some of its R&D. Mark Cote, Managing Director at T3, advised Diligent on the lease transaction. Philip DeSimone of Spaulding & Slye represented the sublandlord, Divine.
