T3 Advisors President Roy Hirshland and Associate Mike Shreve advised mbi on the sublease transaction. John Caroll III of Meredith & Grew represented Cysive.
1601 Trapelo Road is a 529,000-square-foot office building owned and managed by Boston Properties.
