3rd Millennium makes the move to Waltham

WALTHAM, Mass. (June 16, 2003)—T3 Advisors, LLC (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology, life science and venture capital companies, announced today that 3rd Millennium has moved its corporate headquarters to 400-1 Totten Pond Road, Waltham, Mass.

Greg Hoffmeister, Managing Director of T3 represented 3rd Millennium in their sublease transaction, while Keith Gurtler of The Trammel Crow Company represented the sublessor, CancerSource.

3rd Millennium was located in Cambridge for over 5 years, before deciding to make the move to the suburbs. "At first, we were a little apprehensive about moving out of Cambridge, but in the end the Waltham sublease provided our company with a unique opportunity to maximize quality, value, and flexibility" commented Richard Dweck, Founder & CEO of 3rd Millennium.
