WESTFORD, Mass. (February 9, 2004)—T3 Advisors, LLC (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies announced today that their client, LightLab Imaging, Inc. has signed a lease to establish their Worldwide Headquarters at Westford Technology Park, Westford, MA. LightLab will occupy 16,212 SF at One Technology Park Drive and will utilize the premises for for headquarter, research and development and manufacturing.
Mark Cote, Managing Director anbd Greg Hoffmeister, Managing Director of T3 Advisors, LLC, represented LightLab Imaging in the transaction. Amy Friedman of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, The Gutierrez Company.

Westford Technology Park is a 100-acre, office and research and development park consisting of nine buildings totaling 1,050,000 square feet, owned and managed by The Gutierrez Company. Tenants include IBM, Teradyne, Juniper Networks, Concerto Software, Agilent Technologies and ENSR International.
