Kodiak relocated from Concord to its new headquarters in Waltham, Mass.
Roy Hirshland, President and CEO of T3 Advisors, represented both Memento and Kodiak in the transaction.

Prior to co-founding Memento, Mr. Krishna was Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product Management at Open Market, a leading content management software vendor. Mr. Krishna came to Open Market as part of its $125 million acquisition of FutureTense, a venture-backed company he co-founded in 1996.
