(August 23, 2004) — T3 Advisors, LLC (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies, today announced that their client, Commonwealth Capital Ventures (www.ccvlp.com), has signed a long term lease of approximately 6,000 square feet from The Shorenstein Company at Bay Colony Corporate Center in Waltham, MA. The venture capital firm, currently located in Wellesley, MA, will relocate its office in this Fall 2004.
Roy Hirshland, President and CEO of T3 Advisors, represented Commonwealth Capital Ventures. Sue Donavan of Trammel Crow represented The Shorenstein Company, landlord of the space.
