WALTHAM, Mass. (December 6, 2004) — T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies, today announced that their client TDC Medical Inc. (www.tdcmedical.com) has signed a five-year lease with BCIA New England Holdings to establish its headquarters in 13,500 square feet at 261 Cedar Hill Road in Marlborough, MA.
Greg Hoffmeister, managing director and co-founder of T3 Advisors, represented TDC Medical Inc. and John Lasher of Richards Barry Joyce and Partners represented BCIA New England Holdings.
Since incorporating in May 2004, TDC Medical has had no bricks-and-mortar headquarters, said Al Hershey, President of TDC Medical. The move to Marlborough is a milestone for the company which was founded by six former ACT Medical colleagues to provide a more responsive design and development service to the medical device community.
TDC Medical provides a full range of design, development and manufacturing services to medical device companies. The range of services extends from brainstorming, through concept and prototype development, to the delivery of clinical, pilot and market released sterile product. The company's focus is complex, hand-held devices used in many different medical specialties. TDC primarily designs products that are used in the therapeutic treatment of patients.
