Newly-Funded Wireless Company Relocates to New Headquarters, Signs Sublease from Synopsys
WALTHAM, Mass. (December 10, 2004) — T3 Advisors, LLC (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies, today announced that their client, Invento Networks (www.inventonetworks.com), has signed an initial sublease for 10,849 square feet from Synopsys. The company moved into its new headquarters at 377 Simarano Drive in Marlboro in August.
Greg Hoffmeister of T3 Advisors represented Invento Networks and Susan Donovan of Trammell Crow represented Synopsys.
Invento Networks is a developer of next generation broadband wireless infrastructure equipment that enables economical and high value services for carrier customers.
“With recent funding and plans to bring our product to market in the next several months, establishing our headquarters efficiently was a top priority,” said Fabio Chuissi, CEO of Invento. “T3 was instrumental in finding the space and expediting our rampup.”
