WALTHAM, Mass. (1/20/05) - T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies, today announced that Tatara Systems, Inc. (www.tatarasystems.com), has signed a three-year, 11,526 square foot lease to relocate its headquarters to 35 Nagog Park in Acton.
Greg Hoffmeister, managing director and co-founder of T3 Advisors represented Tatara Systems. Brian McKenzie of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the landlord, Koll Bren.
Tatara Systems, a developer of converged mobile service solutions for communications service providers, will relocate in early February from its existing location within Nagog Park. The company, backed by Highland Capital Partners and North Bridge Venture Partners, has recently announced several new customers, including Vodafone, Europe's largest mobile operator.
"By expanding our headquarters, but remaining within Nagog Park, we gained more space for our growing business and team, but were minimally disrupted operationally," said Steve Nicolle, president and CEO of Tatara Systems.
