WALTHAM, Mass. (August 9, 2005) - T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies, today announced that ClearPoint Metrics (www.clearpointmetrics.com) has signed a two-year lease for 3,108 square feet at One Kendall Square in Cambridge.
Mike Taylor and Mike Shreve, both vice presidents of T3 Advisors, represented ClearPoint Metrics. Tim Bianchi of Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord, One Kendall Square Associates, LLC.
