WALTHAM, Mass. (August 23, 2005) - T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm serving technology and venture capital companies, today announced that StreamBase Systems (www.streambase.com) has signed a three year lease for 9,400 square feet at 181 Spring Street in Lexington.
T3 Advisors helped StreamBase Systems find its Lexington headquarters within 30 days, working with company executives to organize multiple market tours, narrow the company's options, request proposals, negotiate an aggressive deal and sign a lease.
"In short order, T3 Advisors listened to our wish list and educated us on the realities of today's central Rte. 128 real estate market. They weren't afraid of telling us what we didn't want to hear," said Barry Morris, CEO of StreamBase Systems. "T3 Advisors streamlined the leasing process, enabling us to be operational and productive in our new space within four weeks of working with them."
Greg Hoffmeister, managing director and co-founder of T3 Advisors, represented StreamBase Systems. Jason Fivek represented the landlord, Boston Properties.
