WALTHAM, Mass. (December 9, 2005) - T3 Advisors is pleased to announce that Battery Ventures has signed a long term lease for 23,000 square feet of office space at Reservoir Woods - Waltham, Massachusetts. The space will serve as Battery's headquarters and is currently under construction. The space will be ready for occupancy fall of 2006. T3 represented Battery Ventures in the transaction.
