T3 Advisors completes “Sweet Sixteen” of Venture Capital Clients with addition of Kodiak
WALTHAM, Mass. (April 4, 2006)— T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service real estate advisory and brokerage firm, today announced that Kodiak Venture Partners has secured a long-term lease of 11,005 square feet at Bay Colony Corporate Center located on 1000 Winter Street in Waltham, MA. Kodiak, which focuses on seed and early-stage investments, is the sixteenth venture capital firm to rely on T3 Advisors for its real estate needs as well as many of their portfolio companies. With the largest market share serving venture firms in the area, other VC clients of T3’s include Battery Ventures, Commonwealth Capital and Morgenthaler.
Represented by Roy Hirshland, president and CEO of T3 Advisors, Kodiak Venture Partners signed a long-term lease that allows the firm to convert its current sublease to a direct lease between Kodiak and Bay Colony Office Park, which will continue through 2012. Mark Roth and Ty Janney represented the landlord, Beacon Capital Partners.
