WALTHAM, Mass. (September 26, 2006) — T3 Advisors, a full-service real estate advisory and brokerage firm, today announced that they have secured a 20,501 square foot lease for Archivas at 400-1 Totten Pond Road in Waltham. Archivas, an online storage management company, relocated to the building to accommodate corporate growth and expand their onsite data center.
Mark Cote, managing director of T3 Advisors, represented Archivas. Keith Gurtler of TrammellCrow represented the landlord, Crow Holdings.
