WALTHAM, Mass. (November 20, 2006)— T3 Advisors, a full-service real estate brokerage and consulting firm for corporations focused on the innovation economy, today announced that it has assisted Collax, developers of the first enterprise class servers for small and growing businesses, in its relocation to Boston from Munich. The company’s international headquarters are now located at 19 Crosby Drive in Bedford.
Mike Taylor, vice president of T3 Advisors, represented Collax on its 3,029 square foot lease. The landlord was represented in house.
