National Real Estate Brokerage and Consulting Firm Poised for Significant Growth in 2007
BOSTON (January 22, 2007) — T3 Advisors, a full-service real estate brokerage and consulting firm for corporations focused on the innovation economy, today announced the relocation of its Boston office.
Now based at Prospect Place just off Boston’s “Technology Highway”, the expansion marks a significant milestone for the company, which also recently opened a Silicon Valley office and appointed James Morgensen, previously vice president of real estate, facilities and services for Macromedia, Inc., to lead its West Coast operations.

In addition to expansions in both of the country’s largest markets for innovation and technology, in 2006 T3 Advisors assisted more than 70 major corporations across the U.S. with corporate real estate needs, a 28 percent increase from 2005.
