BOSTON, Mass. (March 5, 2006)— T3 Advisors, a full-service real estate brokerage and consulting firm for corporations focused on the innovation economy, today announced that they assisted Battery Ventures (www.battery.com) in securing a long term lease for 23,000 square feet at Reservoir Woods in Waltham. With the new office space currently being renovated and designed to reflect Battery Ventures’ corporate culture, the firm is preparing for occupancy in fall of 2006.
Roy Hirshland, president and CEO of T3 Advisors, represented Battery Ventures. Andy Majewski of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.
