WALTHAM, Mass. (August 27, 2007) — T3 Advisors, a full-service real estate brokerage and consulting firm specializing in advising corporations today announced that their client, Immunogen Inc (NASDAQ: IMGN) has signed a long term 89,000 square foot lease at 830 Winter Street, Waltham Massachusetts for their new headquarters and research facilities.
Immunogen develops targeted anticancer therapeutics.
