In October 2007, Q1 Labs, an international network security management company returned to T3 Advisors for assistance with their company expansion and relocation. November 2007 brought Athenium, an online workforce performance measurement solutions company serving an international clientele, back to T3 Advisors for assistance on a lease renewal of their 6,690 square foot headquarters located at 75 Second Ave, Waltham, which is owned and managed by Nelson Companies. T3 Director, Mike Shreve negotiated the 3 year lease amendment on behalf of Athenium, while Doug Waybright of Nelson Companies, represented the Landlord.
