ANDOVER (February 12, 2008)- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, has successfully negotiated a direct lease extension of Sentillion’s headquarters located at 40 Shattuck Road in Andover. Sentillion is the largest provider of identity and access technology in the healthcare arena.

T3 team members Mark Cote and Roy Hirshland represented Sentillion, while Jamie Lipscomb from Richards Barry Joyce represented the landlord Boston Properties, with in-house representation by Jason Fivek.
