MARLBOROUGH (March 5, 2008)- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that Xtalic, a nanotechnology firm specializing in researching new metal-coating technology based on nanostructured alloys, has relocated to 260 Cedar Hill Street in Marlborough which is owned and managed by TV Marlborough, LLC.
T3 team members, Greg Hoffmeister, Mike Shreve and David Bergeron represented Xtalic in the negotiations which resulted in the successful expansion into the 14,800 square foot office/lab facility which is designed to accommodate Xtalic’s next phase of growth.
