ANDOVER (May 2, 2008)- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, has assisted Capsule Technologie, Inc., the world's leading independent supplier of connectivity solutions for medical device data integration, with acquiring a new U.S. Headquarters in Andover, MA.

T3 team members Mark Cote and Mike Taylor represented Capsule and helped them secure a 5 year lease on 5,592 square feet of office space at 300 Brickstone Square. Matthew Daniels of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented the landlord Transwestern Brickstone Square, LLC.
