Third Rock Ventures taps T3 Advisors for expansion

BOSTON (July 8, 2008)- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that Third Rock Ventures has extended it’s lease at 29 Newbury Street in Boston.  Third Rock recently raised a $380M fund to invest in and launch life science companies.

T3 team members, Mike Shreve and Roy Hirshland represented Third Rock in the negotiations, which resulted in the successful renewal and expansion into 7,945 square feet of Back Bay office space. Lisa Saunders represented the landlord, Saunstar Operating Company.
