WALTHAM (October 6, 2008)- T3 Advisors, (www.t3advisors.com), a full-service corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm, announced today that Ping Identity has leased space at 1000 Winter St in Waltham. Ping Identity is the market leader in federated identity management, delivering secure internet single sign-on software and services to more than 250 enterprise customers, government agencies and service providers worldwide.

T3 team members, Greg Hoffmeister and David Bergeron represented Ping Identity in the negotiations, which resulted in the successful expansion into 7,500 square feet that will serve as Ping Identity’s East Coast Regional office. The company’s headquarters is located in Denver, CO.
