T3 Advisors Forms Government and Not-for-Profit Real Estate Group

WALTHAM, MA (June 22, 2009) T3 Advisors, a leading real estate services company based in Waltham Massachusetts, is pleased to announce the formation of its Government and Not-for-Profit Practice Group ("GNP"). The T3 GNP Group will provide industry real estate consulting services to leading government, education, healthcare and not-for- profit institutions.

The GNP Group will be led by Jack Troast, Managing Director of T3. Troast is a graduate of the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University where he received a Masters in Public Administration and was named a Litrauer Fellow for academic excellence and commitment to public service. Troast was Deputy Director for the Department of Business and Technology in the Romney Administration as well as Senior Economic Policy Advisor in the Celluci/Swift Administration. Prior to his time in state government Troast was a successful real estate developer and consultant in New Jersey.
