Government Advocacy

T3’s Government Advocacy Group provides clients with advice on government policies and programs available to corporate and institutional real estate users. Our services include negotiation of government incentives, grant submissions, conducting multi- state property searches, as well as public affairs coordination on behalf of corporate firms and institutions. T3's boundless knowledge allows us to offer a unique perspective in understanding regional and federal economic development policies and programs and how they impact client real estate needs.

Sustainability

Sustainable practices in the corporate world are rapidly becoming an integral part of business, rather than a mere marketing gesture. T3 helps clients navigate the many different avenues to sustainability and develop an affordable Sustainability Strategy that fits our client’s goals and mission. T3 knows sustainability in business and has helped clients implement policies and procedures that reduce energy usage, as well as assist in the attainment of LEED Certification. Other services include evaluating the feasibility of incorporating alternative technologies (solar, wind, water), as well as the availability of government incentives and rebate programs.

Portfolio Management

Portfolio Management Services are available to clients with multiple locations. This includes portfolio data review, assessing and implementing data management systems and providing on-going real estate portfolio management consulting.
