Recently, T3’s Vice President and former Senior Manager of Global Planning, Design and Construction at Twitter, Caroline Quick, was the featured speaker at the Umpqua Bank Catalyst Series event, Future Workplace: Rethinking Office Space to Cultivate Culture and Talent.

As part of Caroline’s mission to inspire business leaders to think differently about real estate and the workplace, she spoke about how the vision of the “office” has evolved over the years and addressed some key questions that companies face when creating effective office environments:

  • How can the workplace be used to enhance company culture?
  • How can companies leverage the open workplace trend while addressing some its challenges?
  • How can people work more efficiently via “collaboration zones?”

Additionally, Caroline discussed The Responsive Office – the development of interactive, intelligent space that really addresses individual and team needs.

And you’re in luck! In case you weren’t able to attend the event, here is a video that captures some of the discussion. Enjoy!
