At this beginning of this year, T3 helped complete the launch of General Catalyst’s newest office in South Park, ground zero for the San Francisco tech community.
In a beautiful historic building located on the premier corner of South Park and 2nd Street, General Catalyst moved into the space, previously occupied by high end fashion store retailer, Jeremey’s, and sharing a wall with Blue Bottle Coffee. The space, meticulously designed by one of San Francisco’s premier architecture and design firms, Rapt Studios, achieves a superb balance and sophistication.
During the buildout phase of the project, T3 opened its doors to the General Catalyst team and a handful of portfolio companies at T3’s Union Square Studio. Membership of the T3 Studio enabled General Catalyst to stay fully operational in the San Francisco market, while the construction was being completed at 2 South Park.
