In spite of this year’s many unexpected twists for the world, T3 Advisors has remained committed to growth — both internally, and for our clients. With that in mind, we’re pleased to announce the addition of three new team members, each bringing a wealth of experience in the life sciences and corporate real estate ecosystems.

As you get to know these new additions, you may notice something: they’re not like your traditional commercial real estate advisors. That’s on purpose.

We source advisors with the industry experience and know-how to truly understand the needs of our partners — allowing us to become their trusted advisors and advocates. Placing an emphasis on long-term partnerships, our advisors work exclusively with tenants throughout the entire real estate lifecycle, from workplace optimization and strategy to real estate negotiations and expansion execution. Now, without further ado, let’s meet the newest members of our team.

Nathaniel Whitmore, Biotech Guru

Nathaniel joins our San Francisco office with an extensive background in biotech and life sciences, having worked previously as a Case Manager at Genentech and a Project Associate at Virovek, Inc. Leveraging his first-hand insights about the challenges and opportunities our life sciences partners face, Nathaniel is poised to help our biotech, digital health, and medical device clients develop and pursue effective real estate strategies as they navigate the complex life sciences ecosystem.

Valuing transparency, Nathaniel is most excited to become a trusted advisor to our partners, guiding them with unbiased advice as they optimize and expand their workplaces.

Chloe Duke, People Operations Pro

Chloe is no stranger to industry heavy-hitters, having previously worked at Deloitte as a Human Capital Business Analyst and Consultant. Chloe will bring a unique perspective to our New York office, enabling our partners to align their real estate strategies with their human capital needs

With previous experience in growth strategy and account management, Chloe will assist our partners with headcount forecasting, occupancy planning, talent analytics, location strategy, and much more. Using her people-first perspective, Chloe will help our partners simultaneously meet the needs of their employees and their business goals as they grow.

Shane Snow, Tech Industry Grow-Getter

A California native, Shane joins our Palo Alto office, working directly with the area’s growing tech companies to help them meet their office space and workplace needs. Having cut his teeth at MW Commercial Realty, Inc., Shane is excited to leverage his passion for commercial real estate to become a strategic advisor and representative for our partners.

As a self-proclaimed team player with experience helping numerous businesses expand into new locations, Shane is well-suited for the fast-paced growth of today’s tech companies.
