T3’s new Silicon Valley office is off to a fantastic start! We are working on a number of exciting client projects and have cohosted several industry events including hosting over 400 innovation economy influencers at two Stanford football tailgates! Hundreds of meetings with VCs, CFOs, entrepreneurs and other service providers have started paying dividends immediately.
T3 West recently completed an exciting Silicon Valley/Bay Area cleantech client project. Harvest Power came calling and T3 was able to answer their challenge!
Harvest Power enables communities to produce renewable energy and high value soil, mulch and fertilizer products from discarded organic materials. The company is backed by a world-class investor base, including Kleiner Perkins, Generation Investment Management, Munich Venture Partners, Rabobank, and Waste Management, and was recently named a Global Cleantech 100 Company. Headquartered in Waltham, Mass and looking to grow their market presence in California, Harvest Power hired T3 to help find a new office location in the bay area. T3 was able to successfully secure a new location for the Harvest Power team in SOMA in San Francisco that is now fully operational.
“San Francisco is a competitive market and we were looking for space very hard to find: an affordable place in an area convenient to public transportation that had a very distinctive, non-corporate-office-tower type feel. Unlike other brokers with whom we have worked, T3 listened hard to our criteria, and they made it happen. We found our spot in less than two weeks. We had a lease signed shortly thereafter. It was painless, and we had fun along the way, too. Visitors to our new spot now continually remark on how unique and special it is. And we agree. When we open our next office, the folks at T3 will be our first call!”

The cleantech ecosystem out in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley is ripe for T3’s services and we’re taking full advantage of the exciting times in tech! We hope that Harvest Power is the first of many happy T3 cleantech west coast clients.
