The Challenge

With an office spread across multiple floors, a rapidly growing business, and unpredictable headcount projections, AdHawk needed a new space that could accommodate its growing team without overcommitting on term length or financial obligations. The team also wanted a more collaborative space on one floor that would align with the company’s culture and brand.

Our Approach

By first understanding AdHawk’s business, growth, and cultural goals, we determined that flexibility and style were more important than cost and location. We helped AdHawk evaluate its different real estate options—sublease, direct lease, or serviced headquarters—and found a short-term option that would align with its established goals. We also chose and introduced AdHawk to a landlord that owns several buildings in a thriving neighborhood and would give the company the ability to expand within the portfolio over time.

By conducting surveys and onsite observations, we learned more about how AdHawk’s employees work and how they could best engage remote employees. This informed the build out and finishes of the space and ensured we’d align the team’s cultural goals with their new space.
