Quickly outgrowing its space in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and planning to triple in size within the next year, 18-person technology company LogRocket needed a new home, fast.

With limited options in Cambridge that would accommodate both its budget and variable growth, the LogRocket team turned to T3 and opened the company’s search to Boston.

Our Approach

Our team toured over 30 spaces with LogRocket, acquainting their team with the different Boston submarkets. We helped narrow down the search to two viable but very different options: Option A was a 5,000 square-foot 3-year deal, and Option B was an 8,000 square-foot 5-year deal.

Option A had a great location and good bones. Option B was a newer, nicer, and larger space—which appealed to LogRocket—but the longer term offered less flexibility.

Our Workplace Experience team showed that we could densify the Option A space to comfortably fit just as many people. And with even minor upfront updates like paint and furniture, we could make the space feel like LogRocket.
