I focus on solving for the real estate needs of early-stage tech companies in the Bay Area, working with my teammates to advise leaders and entrepreneurs on all things space related. From finding a location and negotiating a lease, to space planning and project management, we handle it so that they can focus on what they do best—building successful, innovative companies.
Prior to joining T3, I spent two years on Starbucks’ real estate team. My experience as an end user allowed me to witness the internal challenges of a real estate decision-making team, as well as understand the importance of space in driving human interaction. This unique perspective allows me to help my clients through the entire process, from site selection to move-in day.
