As a member of T3’s Global Solutions Team, I am passionate about helping emerging and late stage technology and life science companies increase their bottom line by thinking strategically about their real estate, workplace, and operations.
I initially joined T3 in 2011 to launch the life science practice on the West Coast and have since relocated back to the East Coast where I am from originally. Prior to joining T3, I spent six years as a leasing executive at the real estate developer Boston Properties, where I participated in over 200 lease transactions totaling 1.2 million square feet.
Over the past 10 years, I negotiated many complex real estate transactions that have helped reduce clients’ operating costs portfolio wide. My experience working for a large developer allows me to bring a keen understanding of how to create the best leverage for my clients. My industry expertise and ability to understand companies’ key business drivers has helped me think creatively about extracting value for my clients at times of expansion, consolidation, and M&A activity.
