As a Principal at T3 Advisors, I empower growing technology companies to strategize and scale their global real estate efforts. How do you locate, develop and design a workplace that makes you competitive in a marketplace where every company is vying for the same talent and business? How do you create a space that will scale as quickly as your company? Those are the questions that drive and inform my work with clients every single day.
In my former role as Senior Manager of Global Planning, Design and Construction for Twitter, I oversaw the planning, design and construction of 2 million+ square feet of office space globally, including San Francisco headquarters, London, Tokyo, Dublin, New York, Chicago, Seattle, and the expansion of offices to 18 countries. Under my leadership, I developed a workplace and culture at Twitter to help the company grow from 120 to 3,000+ employees in 4 years. I saw the challenges and potential pitfalls of a company growing extraordinarily fast in such a short period of time, and I am excited to share my learnings with other high-growth companies that are navigating these challenges.
Prior to my time at Twitter, I was the owner and president of EQ3 in Northern California, a modern home furnishings store with locations throughout Canada and the US.
