Who I am and what I do

My life at T3 is all about bringing projects in “on time and budget!” As T3’s Principal Project Manager, my role is to provide owner’s representation and project management services for both local and national clients in the commercial office, science, healthcare and warehouse/distribution markets.

I have more than 30 years of project management and construction experience. I spent the first 18 years of my career working for contractors in a variety of capacities, including as field supervisor, cost estimator, and project manager.

My expertise includes due diligence, LOI and work letter review and support, project management, scheduling, budget development, vendor procurement, team building, constructability analysis, and change order review.
