T3 Story

When we started in 2001, we were inspired by the people in the innovation community and their belief in the power of an idea to change the world. Venture capitalists and technology and biotech companies felt more like our peers than traditional commercial real estate firms. Our idea was to create a company that was purpose-built exclusively for these innovators. We’d choose every day to lead this company like the entrepreneurs who would become our clients:

  • Driven by growth
  • Motivated by team
  • Innovators to the core

Over the years, we’ve assembled  a diverse mix of professionals with a bit of an edge and a creative spin on the real estate process. This team approaches problems through multiple lenses—never resting until we uncover every possible solution.

Our name stands for Technology, Tenant, and Team. T3’s foundations in tech and biotech were at the root of this name. Thousands of projects later, we know what makes the innovation economy tick, inside and out. We’ve translated these findings into an approach that’s proven wildly successful over the years:

  • Entrenched: We become an extension of the client’s team to represent their interests alone. Their success is our success.
  • Analytical: We understand financial and growth goals, using real-world data to present the best possible solutions.
  • Daring: We dare to be unconventional and creative, and live for when people ask, “Why didn’t I think of that?”
